Orders you make yourself
For a sale from the stream chat, Discord or the counter.
Orders, New order. Pick the customer or type a new one, add products, and choose how it will be fulfilled.
The order is Pending and holds the stock for 48 hours. From there:
- Send payment request. The buyer gets a mail with a link and pays online like anyone else.
- Mark as paid. For cash or a bank transfer you have already received. You record which it was.
If nobody pays within 48 hours the order expires by itself and the stock comes back.
