Ship an order
Labels from the order page, track and trace to the buyer.
- Open the order and check the address.
- Press Create label. Ripbase asks MyParcel for a label with the package type your shipping method implies.
- Print the PDF and stick it on the parcel.
- Press Mark as shipped. The buyer gets a mail with their track and trace link.
Shipping several at once: tick them in the order list and use the bulk action. You get one PDF with all the labels in it.
Status updates come back from MyParcel by themselves, so an order that is delivered says so without you looking it up.
Without MyParcel
You do not have to use it. Mark an order as shipped by hand and, if you have one, paste a tracking code so the buyer still gets their mail.
