Orders you make yourself

Orders, New order.

• Items. Product, quantity and price.
• Customer. Search for one, or make a new one.
• Delivery. The shipping method. While you are live you also choose Ship directly, Rip + ship or Rip + store.
• Payment. Mail the customer a payment link is on by default.

Press Create order. The order is Pending and holds the stock for Hold stock for, under Settings, Orders.

From there

• Send payment link mails the link again.
• Mark as paid is for money you already received another way. Stock, points and the invoice follow as for any payment. How was it paid? books it as a bank transfer, cash or the card terminal.
• Cancel order asks for a reason and mails the customer.

Nobody paid? The stock goes back on sale when the hold ends, and the order expires after the days set under Cancel the order after.

A reminder can go out by itself: Settings, Mail, template Payment reminder, Send automatically.
