Knowing your buyers
What a customer page and the customer figures tell you.
Customers
Every buyer has a page:
- Contact details, address and your own Notes.
- Username, the name you call out on stream.
- Their account: the email they sign in with, whether it is verified, and their points.
- Orders, Spend, Customer since and what is In storage, with their orders below.
Analytics
Analytics, tab Sales, chapter Customers: how many bought, how many came back, how many ordered with an account, Customer value (the average spent per customer, all time) and the time between orders. Then who came back to buy again, and your top customers.
After a stream, its summary under Rip & ship, Livestreams counts the new customers it brought.
