Connect Mollie

Mollie is offered to shops in a eurozone country with EUR as their currency. Elsewhere, use Stripe.

1. Fill in a contact email under Settings, Company. Mollie needs one to make your account.
2. Go to Apps and press Set up on Mollie. Without a phone number on file, it asks for one first, with its country code: Mollie needs it too. Then press Continue.
3. Mollie opens with your company details filled in. Sign in or create your Mollie account there, and allow Ripshop.
4. You come back to Apps with Mollie installed. Until Mollie has approved your business the card says Waiting on Mollie; Check status asks again. Payments open the moment Mollie is done.

Which methods your buyers see

Checkout shows the methods that are on in your Mollie account. To add or remove one, open Mollie dashboard on the Mollie card.

The money

Payments land in your own Mollie account and Mollie pays them out to your bank. Ripshop's commission is taken from each payment as an application fee. See your subscription.

Coming from Stripe

Mollie replaces Stripe once Mollie has cleared your shop. Until then Stripe keeps taking payments, and orders paid through Stripe can still be refunded afterwards.
