Coupons and points

Discount codes, and a loyalty programme that keeps buyers coming back.

Coupons

Marketing, Coupons. A code is a fixed amount or a percentage, with the limits you need:

  • A minimum order value.
  • A start and an end date.
  • A maximum number of uses in total, and a maximum per customer, counted by account and by e-mail address.

Two people using the last one of a limited coupon at the same second is handled correctly; only one of them gets it.

Points

Settings, Loyalty. Buyers earn points on every paid order and spend them at checkout.

You set how many points a euro earns, what a point is worth when spent, the minimum before someone can redeem, and what you call them. Call them coins, sleeves, or anything that fits your shop; the name shows everywhere, with your own icon if you upload one.

Points are only deducted when the payment actually lands, so an abandoned checkout never costs a buyer their balance. A refund gives them back.

New customers can get a welcome amount to start with.
