Rip & ship
Open packs on stream without keeping a list.
Buyers pay in your own online store and choose to have their packs opened on stream. Paid orders line up for you, and your overlays show who is next.
Included in every plan.
At checkout
Buyers choose rip & ship at checkout.
Press Go live in your admin when your stream starts. Buyers then pick how they get their order: shipped sealed, opened on stream and shipped, or opened on stream and kept with you.
- Offer rip and storage only while you are live
- Let buyers give the name you call out on stream
- Keep their real name on the invoice and the label
- Ask for an address only when a buyer ships
Live page
Open packs in the order they were paid.
Put the live page on a second screen next to OBS. It shows who you open for now and every paid order behind them.
- Move an order to the back with Later
- Hear a sound for every new paid order
- See this livestream's sales and who is in your store right now
- Make an order for a buyer in your chat and mail them the payment link
- Sell from the same stock as your online store and your POS
Overlays
Chat sees who is next without asking.
Add Now opening, Up next and the queue to OBS or Streamlabs as browser sources. They change the moment an order is paid.
- Show a card in your shop's color, or plain text over your own background
- Show 3, 5 or 10 buyers in the queue
- Pick the color and font of the plain text, with or without a shadow
- Show the name on stream and the products, never an address or an order number
Storage
Buyers ship their pulls in one parcel.
Buyers keep their pulls with you and tick the orders they want in their account. They pay the shipping once, through your own Stripe or Mollie.
- No address needed for the rip
- Shipping paid once
- No more bags with names on them
Storage and livestreams
Less work after the stream.
Keep pulls in storage per buyer
See per buyer how many orders wait, what they are worth and for how many days.
Remind buyers of old orders
Buyers get a mail when their oldest order in storage is older than the number of days you set.
Automatic posts in your Discord
Your server gets a post when you go live, with a link to your stream. You can switch on posts for new products, restocks and events too.
See what each livestream sold
Every livestream stays in your admin with how long it ran, its sales, revenue and profit, and the best seller.
Run your next stream from one queue.
Sign up, connect Stripe or Mollie and press Go live. No monthly fee for the first 14 days.
Questions about rip & ship
The short answers. Everything else is in the help center.
Which platforms can I stream on?
Any. Buyers pay through the link to your online store in your chat, so they become your own customers. The overlays work in OBS and Streamlabs.
What if two viewers want the last box?
You never sell it twice: the first buyer to check out gets it, and the box is held for them while they pay. Nobody pays for a box you no longer have.
What happens to orders I have not opened when the stream ends?
They stay in your queue, so no buyer is forgotten. When you end the stream, you see how many paid orders still wait to be opened.
Do I still need a separate product for shipping from storage?
No. Buyers tick their stored orders in their account and pay the shipping once, so you get one paid order to pack with their address on it.
Can a buyer change their mind and keep it sealed?
Yes, without a refund or a new order. Pick Ship sealed on their rip and ship order in the queue, and it moves to your orders to ship.
Do buyers need an account to buy?
No, so buying during your stream stays quick. With customer accounts on, guests can keep pulls in storage too and ship them later from an account with the same email.
Can buyers use their Twitch name?
Yes. When buyers sign in with Twitch, their Twitch name becomes their name on stream, so you call out the name your chat knows.
