Storage

A buyer who picks rip and store leaves their cards with you. They build up a pile over several streams and pay one shipping fee at the end instead of one per stream.

Your side

Orders, Storage lists everyone with cards on your shelf: how many orders, how many cards, what they are worth and how long they have been waiting. Give the shelf, box or sleeve a note per order so you can find it again.

When a buyer asks for their cards, their orders move to Released: they show up in your normal to-ship list as one shipment.

Their side

In their account the buyer sees everything you are holding. They press Ship my cards, pick a shipping method and pay. That payment creates the shipment on your side.

Keeping it tidy

Cards sitting for months are a risk for both of you. Agree a limit with your buyers and mention it on your terms page. An automatic reminder mail after a number of days you choose is on the way.
