How rip and ship works
The three ways a buyer can take a product, and what each means for you.
Every product can be sold three ways. The buyer chooses at checkout.
- Ship sealed. The normal one. You pack it closed and send it.
- Rip and ship. You open it on stream and send what comes out.
- Rip and store. You open it on stream and keep the cards. The buyer collects pulls over weeks and has them sent in one parcel when they ask.
The last two only appear at checkout while your shop is live. Switch rip and ship off and your shop is an ordinary webshop again.
Orders that are ripped join your live queue by themselves, in the order they were paid. You never keep a list on the side.
