Connect Stripe

1. Go to Apps and press Set up on Stripe.
2. Stripe's own setup opens inside your admin, with your email, shop name, country and currency filled in. Answer what it asks, such as your business details, the owner's details, a bank account and an ID document.
3. Until Stripe is done, the card lists what it still needs and the button reads Finish setup. Press it to carry on where you left off.
4. Once Stripe has cleared your shop, the button reads Stripe dashboard. Your payments, refunds, disputes and payouts are there, inside the admin. There is no separate Stripe login.

Payment methods

Apps, Stripe, Payment methods. One switch per method, with what Stripe charges for each. A method marked Fixed cannot be switched here. The line under the list shows what Ripshop adds on your plan.

The money

Stripe pays out to the bank account you gave it. Ripshop's commission is taken from each payment as an application fee. When you refund from the order page, the refunded share of that fee comes back. See your subscription.

Coming from Mollie

Stripe replaces Mollie once Stripe has cleared your shop. Until then Mollie keeps taking payments, and orders paid through Mollie can still be refunded afterwards.
