Inviting staff, what each role can do, and how many seats your plan has.
Settings, Users, Invite user. Name, email and role. They get a mail to set their own password. If it did not arrive, open the user and press Resend invitation.
Roles
- Admin. Everything, including settings and staff.
- Store manager. Everything except settings, apps, games and users.
Give the people who pack parcels the store manager role. Nobody needs to share a login.
Seats
Your plan's staff limit counts every staff account, yours included, so the smallest plan is just you. The number per plan is on ripshop.io/pricing.
Every staff account needs two-factor authentication.
