Email marketing
Mail your buyers. See what it sold.
Tell your buyers about a new set, a restock or your next stream. Your products go in the mail with a click, and every mail shows the orders it brought in.
Included in every plan.
Broadcasts
Send a mail to your buyers in four steps.
From your shop
Put your products in the mail with a click.
Pick products, cards and events with their pictures and prices. Or choose your newest products or best sellers, and Ripshop fills them in when the mail goes out.
- Products and cards
- Your next events
- A discount code
- Each buyer's first name
Automations
Set it up once. Your emails go out by themselves.
Welcome a new subscriber, remind a buyer of an unpaid checkout, or tell everyone you are live. Start from a recipe and change what you want.
- Welcome
- First order
- A regular
- Checkout not finished
- After an order
- You go live
- Win back
- Reminders show what they left behind
- Stop an automation as soon as its goal is reached
- See what each automation sold
Segments and consent
Mail only the buyers a mail is for.
Make a segment in plain words
Total spent, last order, country, what they bought or pulls in storage. You see how many match while you build it.
See who is in it
And what they spent.
Only who said yes
A box at checkout or on the account page. You see where and when each one signed up.
Unsubscribe in one click
With the link in every mail, or the button in Gmail and Yahoo. An address that bounces gets no more mail.

Questions about email marketing
The short answers. Everything else is in the help center.
Do I still need Mailchimp or Klaviyo?
No. Mails to your buyers, automations and segments are in your Ripshop admin, in every plan. That is one tool less to pay for, and your products and orders are already there.
Can I bring my list from Mailchimp?
Your list here holds only buyers who said yes in your own shop, with one tick at checkout or on their account page. So every address is one you may mail. An old list cannot be brought over.
Can I prove a buyer signed up?
Yes. Ripshop keeps when and where every buyer said yes, and you can export your subscribers with those details whenever someone asks.
Will my mails end up in spam?
Your mails leave from your own domain, never one shared with other shops, so no other shop's mail can put yours in spam. Addresses that bounce or mark you as spam get no more mail.
Do I need design skills?
No. Every mail starts with your shop's logo, colors and fonts, so it looks like your store without extra work. Build it from ready blocks and see it on desktop and phone.
Will my buyers get too many mails?
No. An automation skips anyone who got another mail from you in the last 16 hours, so a buyer does not get a reminder right after your sale mail.
How do I know if a mail made money?
Every mail and every automation shows its sales: paid orders within five days of a click, refunds taken off. You see which mails sell and send more of those.
