Keeping a buyer's pulls until they want them shipped.
A buyer who picks Live rip + keep leaves their cards with you. They save up orders over several streams and pay shipping once.
Your side
Rip & ship, Storage has a row per customer: how many orders and items you hold for them, what those are worth, when you last reminded them and how long the oldest has waited. The wait turns amber after 60 days and red after 90.
Click a row for their orders, with Send reminder, Open in orders and View customer. The same orders are under the Storage tab in Orders.
Their side
In their account, My storage lists what you hold. They tick the orders they want, press Go to shipping and pay for shipping. That becomes one order in your To ship tab.
The reminder mail
Settings, Mail, template Storage reminder. Switch Send automatically on and set After how many days, counted from the oldest order still on the shelf. A customer gets it once for what is on the shelf. It is off until you switch it on.
Agree a limit with your buyers and put it on your terms page.
