Support and feature requests live on your Ripshop account
In your admin's user menu, Support and Feature requests now open your Ripshop account, where every conversation and request is kept.
- Support opens the conversations of all your shops on ripshop.io/account/support. Questions asked from the admin before are there too.
- Feature requests opens the form on your account, where you also see the status of what you asked for.
- Staff who are not an owner see that support goes through the shop owner.
