How quickly can I start selling?
Your store is made the moment you sign up, in a starting look you pick. Add your products by hand, by scanning cards or from a spreadsheet, and open the store when you are ready.
I sell on Shopify or WooCommerce now. Can I switch?
Yes. Import your products from a spreadsheet. Customers cannot be imported yet: they make an account with their first order.
Can I keep selling on Cardmarket?
Yes, next to your store. The two do not sync, since Cardmarket lets no new apps connect. Take a card sold there off your stock with one tap.
Do I pay commission on every sale?
No, only on payments through Stripe or Mollie. Cash, your own card terminal and orders you mark as paid carry none.
Do I need a registered business?
Yes. Ripshop is for businesses; in the Netherlands the sign-up asks for your KvK number.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no contract. In your account at ripshop.io, Billing opens Stripe's billing page, where you cancel your plan. It runs to the end of the month, or of the year on a yearly plan; a year paid is not refunded.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. Export your products, orders and customers as a spreadsheet, and your invoices as PDFs, whenever you like. When your shop ends you have thirty days to take it with you: ask us and we send the whole shop in one file, database and uploads included.
